SAAG with Olive Oil

Olive Oil is so blessed that it increases the taste, induces high digestibility & strengthens the stomach.

We enjoyed to cook Saag (mustard greens) in the blessed Olive Oil.

With spices, boil Saag leaves in half a cup of water till they tender & the water evaporates, in a fry pan, cook the onions with a teaspoon of Khardal; using the blessed Olive Oil, add the boiled Saag & mix well, cook again for 5-10 minutes & that is all.
