Bell Peppers are another trouble for digestion, having results similar to cauliflower, cabbage, etc. They come with beautiful colors, green, red, yellow & orange. How the ordinary soil can yield such a huge variety of colors, shapes, textures, smells, nutrients & tastes, looks like a very Powerful Creator is Behind the Design & Control, Who He Can Be except ALLAH ?

We cooked the peppers at low heat in the blessed olive oil, some peppers were filled with eggs & rice; & wrapped in Aluminum foil.

It was one of the tastiest curry ever seen, no burping, no belching, and no flatulence at all Masha’Allah.

It is totally beyond the wisdom of a human, that how the olive oil fixes problems & increases digestibility of curries, it is from a blessed tree, with which Allah Has Exemplified His NOOR.
