Pakoras with Achaar

Achaar (pickles) in Vinaigrette (Olive Oil & Vinegar) have been so wonderful & it has changed the taste of our cuisine at the house.

Making Achari Pakoras was a new experience, 3 tablespoons of Achaar were added to Pakora dough & they were delicious, having a robust / tart flavor.

Avoid Besan & always use the flour of whole lentils, black chickpeas flour is better than Besan. And for frying, we have the Olive Oil only.
